50% Deposit @ time of booking/balance due 1 week before scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy

nonrefundable if prep has begun

Cancellations of Riding events 2 weeks or more in advance can be refunded in full less transaction fees

Riding event Dates can be changed 1 week before scheduled event due to threat of weather at no charge
